VivatBet Ireland Bet Insurance: Get up to €20 Back as a Free Bet

The VivatBet Ireland Bet Insurance promotion covers one eligible sports bet placed between Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

If the insured bet loses, players receive a Free Bet worth 50% of the original stake, capped at €20. Only the first eligible bet placed after joining the promotion is insured.

When does the promotion run?

Each weekly promotional period starts at 00:00 on Tuesday and ends at 23:59 local time on Wednesday.

A new promotional period begins the following Tuesday, and only one bet can be insured per week.

The promotion is available from 21 September 2026 until further notice.

How to insure your bet

Before betting, players must:

• Log in to their VivatBet Ireland account.
• Enable participation in sports bonuses from the account settings.
• Press the Take part button on the promotion page.
• Make sure the account is fully verified.

The first eligible bet placed after joining becomes the insured bet for that promotional period.

If that bet loses, VivatBet Ireland returns 50% of its stake as a Free Bet, up to €20.

For example, a losing €20 insured bet would generate a €10 Free Bet, while a qualifying losing bet of €40 or more would reach the €20 maximum.

Which bets are eligible?

The minimum stake for the insured bet is €10.

Qualifying sports bets can be:

• Singles at odds of 1.60 or higher.
• Accumulators with at least 2 selections, each priced at 1.40 or higher.

The bet must be placed and settled between Tuesday 00:00 and Wednesday 23:59.

Bets on English Premier League matches, horse racing, Totals and Handicaps are excluded.

What happens if the first bet does not qualify?

Only the first eligible bet placed after joining can receive insured status.

If that bet is cancelled, voided, refunded, settled at odds of 1.00 or fully cashed out, the insurance is lost for that promotional period. It does not move to the next bet.

If the insured bet wins, no Free Bet is awarded.

Receiving and using the Free Bet

Qualifying Free Bets are credited automatically on the Thursday following the end of the promotional period.

The reward:

• Is worth 50% of the losing insured stake, up to €20.
• Must be used within 24 hours.
• Can only be used on sports.
• Must be placed as an accumulator with at least 2 selections.
• Requires minimum odds of 1.40 per selection.

The Free Bet stake is not returned with winnings; only the net profit is paid.

Terms and conditions of the promotion

• The Free Bet stake itself is not included in winnings.
